1 Our commitment

PartnerUp, operated by TRULY INC LIMITED (PARTNERUP)("we", "us", "PartnerUp"), is committed to protecting children and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our service. This page sets out the standards we uphold and how we act against CSAE, consistent with Google Play’s child safety standards policy and with applicable law.

2 What is prohibited

We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or contact on PartnerUp that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. This includes, without limitation:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
  • grooming, solicitation, or sextortion of a minor;
  • the sexualization of a minor, including in text, images, or video;
  • trafficking of, or any attempt to sexually exploit, a child.

This material and conduct have no place on PartnerUp. Accounts involved in it are removed and reported.

3 Reporting and how we respond

Report inside the app. Any member can report a profile or a message, and block another member, directly within PartnerUp without leaving the app. Reports reach our team for review.

How we respond. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE, we act promptly to remove the content, disable the responsible account, preserve the relevant records, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, or to the relevant authority in other regions, as required by law.

You can also report child safety concerns to us directly at support@partner-up.app.

4 An adults-only service

PartnerUp is intended only for adults aged 18 and over, and is not directed to children. We collect a date of birth during onboarding to confirm that a member is at least 18, and we remove accounts we find to belong to anyone under 18. These standards apply regardless of whether a child ever accesses the service.

5 Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the places where PartnerUp is available, including maintaining a process to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority. We keep these standards under review and update them as our obligations change.

6 Child safety contact

Our designated child safety point of contact can be reached at support@partner-up.app. We monitor this address for child safety and CSAE concerns and are able to act on reports we receive.
